Street Outreach
Street Outreach works in the streets, abandoned homes, two tracks, wherever homeless youth can be found in the Muskegon County area. For young adults 12 - 24 years old or families with young adults ages 12 - 24 years old. Emergency phone calls, food, links to services, recreation, support and more are offered through drop-in centers and one-on-one support. Call 231-578-0605 for help anytime.

Outreach and Independent Living Services to Homeless Teens
Transition to Independent Living
Provides services to youth who are homeless or have an unstable housing situation. Services prepare youth to be placed on their own in an independent living situation, as well as assist them in remaining stable once on their own.
