Street Outreach works in the streets, abandoned homes, two tracks, and wherever homeless youth can be found in Muskegon, Ottawa, Newaygo, and Oceana counties.
For young adults 12 - 24 years old or families with young adults ages 12 - 24 years old.
Emergency phone calls, food, links to services, recreation, support and more are offered through drop-in centers and one-on-one support.
